We are so proud to join in the fight against period poverty in South Africa. It is a daily challenging reality that thousands of young girls and women face on a daily basis across Africa. Nami Pads provides a sustainable solution that is long-lasting and environmentally friendly.

WHAT IS PERIOD POVERTY?
1. We are Women
One of the things women have in common despite background, culture, race, and religion is the menstrual cycle.
2. It’s A World Problem
Due to the inequalities in South Africa, not all women have access to menstrual hygiene products.
3. Yes, Girls Miss School
A UNESCO report estimates that one in 10 girls in Sub-Saharan Africa misses school during their period.
